Yes! The size of your watch can be adjusted by removing some links from the strap. This can be easily done by a jeweler, a watchmaker, or even yourself. Your delivery will include a special tool that you can use to adjust the strap with ease at home.

Yes, the watches have a water resistance level of 3 ATM, which means they can withstand splashes. However, we do not recommend wearing your WoodWatch while swimming or in the shower, as the warranty does not cover damage caused by prolonged water exposure or submersion. These are unique watches, and there's no need to take them swimming :)

To care for your wooden watch, use a soft cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Each watch is made to order, which takes about 4-5 days. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-10 days, so you can expect to receive your watch within 10-15 days after placing your order. During peak holiday seasons, manufacturing and delivery times may be longer due to increased demand, so we recommend ordering in advance.

After purchasing your watch, we begin the manufacturing process. Once your watch is ready, it will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order on the tracking page after manufacture.
